Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Belmont Abbey College In North Carolina.
He began his career as an on-air television and radio broadcaster, then as an executive in commercial broadcasting.
Once becoming settled in the Santa Clara Valley, he served as a Vice-President, COO, President and co-founder of various public and private broadcast and video technology companies.
Toward the end of his business career Frank developed a strong interest in the environment and environmental issues and became President, Western Region for a national environmental corporation.
Frank and his wife Barbara have lived in the Santa Clara Valley for over 35 years. They became members of NAMI when a family member was diagnosed with a mental illness. They have been active members of NAMI, a sponsor of the NAMI Walk and NAMI advocates for 15 years.
