Helpline Help Desk
The Helpline/Help Desk has trained and knowledgeable volunteers with lived experience who offer free and confidential information and support services to individuals, family and friends who have been affected by mental illness. Helpline is not a 24-hour crisis line*. How to reach the Helpline:

Lending Library
NAMI Santa Clara County maintains a lending library of over 250 titles in subjects related to mental illness, including Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Eating Disorders, Legal, Family Care, Teen and Adolescent, Recovery and Wellness, Mental Health General Information, Medicine and Treatment, and Other Disorders. The library also contains DVDs and CDs on various mental health topics.
