The Temple University Collaborative on Community Inclusion
is recruiting participants for a paid research study on community participation
The Temple University Collaborative is studying factors that make community participation harder for people with mental illness. Participation in the study consists of a single 2-hour interview that can be conducted over Zoom and is compensated with a $30 gift card.
Eligibility Crieteria:
- Are 18 years or older
- Have a diagnosis of schizophrenia-spectrum, major depression, bipolar I, or bipolar II
- Are living in the community (in other words, they can come and go freely from their place of residence)
- Currently receiving mental health services (e.g. psychiatrist, therapist, peer support)
The Study Includes:
- You will be asked to complete a one-time interview in person or via ZOOM
- Answer questions on stigma, attention, memory, and the factors that may affect community participation.
- The interview will take about two hours to complete.
- Participants will receive $30 in the form of cash or gift card upon completing the interview for their time and effort.
