Brochure Delivery Position
Job Description:
The Brochure Delivery Position reports to the Outreach Manager and will be responsible for distributing NAMI Santa Clara County brochures and resource guides to various clinics, hospitals, and facilities in both North and South County locations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Brochures Delivery Position performs the following duties including but not limited to the following:

- Prepare and organize best route for delivery;
- Coordinate and pick up pre-packaged bins of program brochures as well as current Resource Guides at NAMI.
- Maintain a calendar for scheduling deliveries;
- Ensure all hours worked are tracked and time sheets are completed and approved by Manager;
- Track and record the materials distributed at all facilities and prepare this information in a report, as directed;
- Maintain a log of all milage and submit to Outreach Manager for approval;
Qualifications Education

- AA degree or higher and/or equivalent office experience Knowledge,
skills and abilities

- Knowledge and understanding of NAMI programs and mission
- Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrate responsibility and professionalism
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Maintain a current Driver’s License and car insurance, to be submitted to HR
Proficiency in the use of computers for:

- Microsoft Office 2016
- Internet

- Up to 8 hours a month (M – F, Business Hours)
- Pay is $21 per hour
