The County of Santa Clara recently launched a wellness campaign!
They are seeking your opinions about the campaign through a quick online survey. You can complete the survey even if you have not seen the campaign! Responses will be used to improve community services.
To Participate:
- Young adults (aged 18-44) who are Hispanic/Latino and/or Asian are particularly encouraged to participate!
- Questions in both English and Spanish.
- Takes only 5 minutes to complete.
- Can be completed any time between now and July 18!

Results of the survey will be used to assess the effectiveness of the County’s most recent Stigma Reduction/Wellness public health campaign and any related changes in knowledge or attitudes about mental health and wellbeing.
