Lillian Liu, our FaithNet Lead Coordinator, came to the United States at the age of thirteen. She went to school and began working at a young age. Then, Lillian returned to Beijing, China, to study Chinese language and literature with a Minor in Psychology at Beijing Normal University. She graduated in three years.

Studying at Beijing Normal University fulfilled Lillian’s dreams of reconnecting with her Chinese heritage and helping people who have struggled personally to find a pathway to healing. Her journey has increased her passion for helping others. Kindness, honesty, integrity, and sincerity are the foundational values she brings into her interactions with others, her work to support people to improve their health and wellness, and her work with NAMI-SCC’s FaithNet project.
