From incredibly influential tech companies in Silicon Valley, to brilliant small businesses in our cities, employees work hard while balancing other life stressors. It’s important to acknowledge that mental health impacts us all at work. Raising mental health awareness is of the utmost importance to protect employees’ mental health and help them live happier, healthier lives. In order to promote better mental health in our Santa Clara County community, NAMI-Santa Clara County wants to collaborate with you and your company.
NAMI provides companies the opportunity to be a StigmaFree Company. These companies are equipped with the resources, assets and information they need to promote mental health awareness in the workplace and to encourage acceptance and understanding.
NAMI-Santa Clara County offers free mental health presentations for you and your company. We will be conducting presentations throughout the rest of 2024, especially during May, which is Mental Health Awareness Month.
