In this meeting we will vote for our NAMI-SCC Board Officers for 2025-2026.
Here is the slate of candidates for board officers for 2025-2026:
President: Uday Kapoor
VPs: Beverly Lozoff, Juan Perez, Frank Alioto, Moryt Milo
Treasurer: Scott Whelton
Secretary: Peter Newman
The slate will be voted on at the General Meeting and installation of officers will take place in April.
NAMI @ Work Presentation
Our work environment has a huge impact on us. It is imperative for our workplaces to be mentally healthy and supportive. Businesses everywhere can support their employees by becoming a StigmaFree Company—a company with a culture of openness, acceptance, and understanding about employees’ overall health and well-being.
This meeting will feature a presentation by NAMI-SCC’s Community and Media Relations Liaison, Tiffany Austin, as she discusses mental health in the workplace. The presentation will address work policies that are considerate of mental health, ways to decrease stigma in the workplace, and how to appropriately show support to employees.
