Cognitive behavior therapy is one of the best treatments available, but as many as 25% of patients do not fully respond and we do not know why. This study aims to improve cognitive behavior therapy response for patients with social anxiety disorder by seeing whether brain activity during emotional learning tasks can help us understand who will do best with this kind of therapy and why.
